Back Squat

Make sure you eat and are hydrated today. This is what we are basing your strength program off of for the next 7 weeks. Come in focused and ready to lift some weight. Your Strength Program starts next off ice!

Tabata Sit Ups
Tabata Box Jumps
Tabata Row
