Back Squat

Take the weight that you ended on last week.
Set #1: Weight you did last week minus 10#s
Set #2: Weight you did last week
Set #3: +10#s

Here are your groups that you will be lifting in for the next few weeks. Group 2 and 3 can break off into 2 groups since we would like 2-3 players on a rack.

Test Deadlift
5×5

Then…
75 Air Squats
800m Run
75 Sit Ups
