Strength:
Back Squat
3×5 You are using the weight that you used for your second set of Back Squats on Tuesday. It is suppose to be fairly light.

After each set you are completing max set of pull ups. These are strict pull ups. Record your number of pull ups.

Then…
You have 7m to complete the following
1000m Row
AMRAP
5 Push Ups
5 Burpees with no Push Up

Your score is the number of rounds you get! Post that score.
