3×7 30X3
You are starting with your 3×5 weight or less. We are now starting to implement tempo into our lifts. 3 seconds to the bottom, 0 seconds at the bottom, explode up, and you have 3 seconds to get reset and get your air.
Deadlift-Building up to a challenging 5 rep DL. We will be implementing tempo on this as well and will explain this when you come into the gym.
