Warm Up: You owe me 20 Burpees

A. Backsquat @ 30X2; 3×7; 2m Rest (these should be challenging so if you are able to do 8 or 9 the weight is too light!)
Your 1st set will be with the weight you did on your second set. Check the picture below.
B. Deadlift @ 3231; 3×7-9; 2m Rest (This should be light since this is our first day of DLs.

I would like you to add 5# each set on your Back Squat.

USE WEIGHT FROM SECOND SET AS YOUR FIRST SET TODAY:
