A1. Back Squat @ 30X2; 3×6; 10s Rest
A2. Weighted Pull Up @ 30X2; 3×3-5; 2m Rest
B. Max KB Swings; 2-3x45s; rest 45s-1m

Then…
Shuttle Runs
Tire Flip Comp

Today should be heavy. If your squat looks good then you can add 5-10# each set. Add weight each set on your pull ups if you are able to get 5 in a set.
