A1. Backsquat @ 30X2; 3×4; Rest 20s
A2. Tall Box Jump @ 15X1; 3×5; Rest 20s
A3. Pull Ups @ 20X1; 3×max; 2m Rest

Your first set will be the same weight you used for your second set on DAY 8 of lifting. Increase 5-10 lbs each set. This should be heavy!

For Time:
20cal Row
30 Burpees
30 Sit Ups
30 OH Walking Lunges 35#
