Rest 60s
No-Money Drill 12-15
Rest 60s
x4-3m AMRAP
Pull Ups 5
Push Ups 10
KBS 15 53/35
Perform as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes, then rest 90 seconds between rounds abd pick up where you left off to start the next round. Score total number of rounds and reps complted.
