You get out of this what you put into this.  If you are fine with being mediocre then you will stay mediocre.

 

Warm Up:

800m Jog

 

3 Rounds

10 Push Ups

20 Squats

30 Sit Ups

 

WOD:

1000m Row

50 Thrusters 45#

50 KB Swings 35#

50 Lunges w Sandbag

800m Run

Every time we call you out on a bad rep it will cost the team 3 Burpees that you will do at the end  as a team.
